CueSportAI (“we”, “us”), operator of cuesportai.com and aiSnooker.app, provides cue-sports scoring, statistics, tournament and live-streaming tools for clubs, venues and players. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including how a player can opt out of being live-streamed.
Match results and performance statistics may be shown on scoreboards, leaderboards and public player profiles. Players can control the visibility of their profile from their account settings. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be used to improve the service and its AI features.
When a club or player enables live streaming, match video and audio are broadcast publicly to the configured platform (for example YouTube) and may be recorded, archived and redistributed by that platform. Broadcasts are operated by the streaming club or player, not by CueSportAI — we provide the tooling only and are not responsible for stream content or its distribution.
Before a broadcast begins, the person going live must confirm that:
Any registered player may, from their profile settings, opt out of:
When a player has opted out, the phone streamer and the AI scoring system block the corresponding action for that match; opting out of live streaming also excludes auto-upload. These choices only limit broadcast/recording and do not affect scoring or statistics.
We share data only as needed to run the service, including with: the streaming platform you configure (e.g. YouTube) for live broadcasts; our real-time media infrastructure (LiveKit) used to relay streams; our hosting provider; and, for paid features, our payment processor. We do not sell personal information.
We retain account, match and statistics data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Live-stream recordings are held by the platform you stream to, under that platform’s policies. You may request deletion of your data (see below).
Depending on your location (e.g. the EU/UK, or Canada/US state privacy laws), you may have additional rights.
Where minors take part in matches or streams, a parent or guardian must provide consent. Venues and streamers are responsible for obtaining any required consents before broadcasting.
